Implementation pricing is scoped after a Systems Health Check or Fractional CTO engagement identifies what needs to change. We do not quote on broad briefs; we quote on diagnostic findings.
Typical post-diagnosis projects range from ₹75,000 to ₹5,00,000+ depending on scope and complexity.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, for retainer engagements we can split payments. For project work, we typically require 50% upfront and 50% on delivery.
What currencies do you accept?
We invoice in INR. International clients can pay in USD, GBP, EUR, or other currencies via international cards, Wise, or bank transfer.
Is there a minimum commitment?
For retainers, we recommend a 3-month minimum to see meaningful results. One-off engagements such as the Systems Health Check have no minimum.
Can we start with a smaller engagement?
Yes. Most clients start with a Systems Health Check and then decide on next steps based on the findings.
Can you quote implementation before diagnosis?
Not usually. Implementation pricing is based on diagnostic findings, because the useful fix may be smaller, larger, or different from the original brief.
